naah, it's not cannabilism at all really. cannabilism is defined as members of a certain species eating other members of their species. although sperm are involved in the whole consumnation of a human being, it can't in itself be acknowledged as a human. a human must develop from the actual zygote cell formed when a sperm cell and an egg cell combine during fertilisation. and even then, the human does not fully develop until after the long and arduous process of development within the womb of the mother.
to accrately accuse someone of cannabilism, that person must have at least consumed the developing being during one of the foetal stages of development, during which the organs and skin tissue are starting to fully develop. such mundane things like organs are what define what a human being is (concerning their biological structure anyway).
sperm is simply one of the necassary "assets" of men required for the creation of a human, but is not in itself a human.

also, if you consider it in terms of chemical make-up, a human body is composed of different proportions of several different elements. although im not exactly sure what all these particular elements are, apparently if you were to disassemble a human body in accordance to their chemical elements, you would obtain about ?8 worth of elements to sell (as opposed to the ?2000+ worth of a human being).

if you were to acquire exactly the right proportion of elements which create a human, and ate them, would you be a cannibal?

good point i guess xhell, we breath in each other's skin cells and such everyday, but it doesnt mean were actually eating/consuming the person =P

And I asked an uber christian friend if sperm counted as half a person under them, and he said no. If even they say no, then you know it can't count as half human.
